“I am excited about forming a team of young men and women that are looking for a wonderful ‘balance’ of academics, personal growth, and competitive golf. We will have fun and play at a high level, while paying attention to enjoying the highest quality liberal arts education available.”

The October 2011 issue of Golf Digest analyzed data on five criteria for America’s 50 most populous cities: climate, cost, amount of public courses, quality of public courses, and accessibility of play; to determine “The Top Cities for Golf” in the U.S.
The greater Seattle area ranked tied for sixth with Orlando, Florida.
Finishing in the Top 5 are Dallas/Ft. Worth, Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Los Angeles, and Tampa. Finishing below Seattle are Houston, Phoenix, San Diego, St. Louis, Chicago, Denver, Atlanta, and Virginia Beach.
The Pacific Northwest is a great place to play. You may have heard we get some rain up here ... and we do. But golfers in the greater Seattle area enjoy golf year-round and are blessed with a variety of quality, accessible and affordable courses. Seattle ranks 44th among U.S. cities for rainfall with an average yearly rainfall of 36.2 in. By comparison, Orlando averages 48.4 in.
